Brice Beckstrom, D.M.D.
Dr. Brice Beckstrom received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Utah prior to attending the University of Louisville, where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with honors. After dental school, Dr. Beckstrom completed both general practice and orthodontic residencies at the University of Louisville Hospital and School of Dentistry, respectively. He also earned a Master of Science degree in Oral Biology. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, American Association of Orthodontists, and the Rocky Mountain Society of Orthodontists.
He regularly gives presentations to schools and other organizations about orthodontics and oral hygiene, as well as teaches continuing education courses to local dental and hygiene professionals. Dr. Beckstrom is a published author and has completed research investigating the link between periodontitis and carotid artery disease, leading to strokes (the 3rd leading cause of death in the U.S.).
Dr. Beckstrom is a native of southern Utah, growing up in Santa Clara, graduating from both Dixie High School and Dixie State College. He is active in the community, sponsoring local elementary, middle, and high schools, as well as other athletic and educational organizations. Away from the office, he enjoys playing golf and other sports, time with family, and traveling. He and his wife, Nicole, have two sons, Matthew and Brandon.
